Filled Product definition

Filled Product means sterile Product that is in Process and has been filled into its final primary packaging for further labelling or packaging activities.
Filled Product means bottles filled with Bulk Intermediate from an identified Lot or Lots which are in a form ready for release and shipment from the Facility.
Filled Product means vials filled with Drug Product from an identified Lot or Lots that are in a form ready for release and shipment from the Facility.

  • Such Quality Agreements shall ensure that no Cubist Supplier shall make any changes to the Specifications or the established manufacturing procedures for API or Filled Product (including any changes to a registered DMF) without Cubist's prior written consent.

  • Each such facility shall have the capacity to supply commercial quantities of Filled Product.

  • Except as otherwise provided in Section 3.2, Cubist shall bear all costs of API and Filled Product manufacture, including costs of raw materials, equipment and facility acquisition and modifications thereof, overhead, labor costs and manufacturing service fees paid to Cubist Suppliers.


More Definitions of Filled Product

Filled Product means PRODUCT manufactured in accordance with the SPECIFICATIONS that is filled but not packaged and labeled.
