Examples of Final Acceptance Form in a sentence

  • If the Client fails to sign the Final Acceptance Form without valid reason, or if the reason for withholding relates to non-material issues only, then the relevant payment will fall due fourteen (14) days after provision of the Final Acceptance Form to the Client.

  • Neither party will unreasonably delay or withhold the provision or signature of the Final Acceptance Form.

  • If, in the opinion of the Client, the Service has been delivered in accordance with the Statement of Work, the Client agrees to sign the Final Acceptance Form, which signature will confirm that they are fully satisfied with the performance of the Service and, if according to the Payment Schedule, a payment is due, to make any such payments to the Contractor under Clause 8.

  • Each person who signs the Final Acceptance Form has an individual responsibility to ensure that, between them, the Fees and Extras owing to the School are paid.

  • In these Terms and Conditions (and in the Final Acceptance Form to which these Terms and Conditions are attached) some words and phrases have particular meanings and it is helpful to ensure certainty and consistency to have them defined.

  • The purpose of the Final Acceptance Form is to confirm that the system is operational.

  • A person who has signed the Final Acceptance Form may be removed from their payment responsibility under this Contract by submitting a term's notice but that person must have obtained the prior written consent of both the School and the other person who has signed the Final Acceptance Form before submitting such notice.

  • Each of you who has signed the Final Acceptance Form is liable for and must ensure that all of the Fees and Extras due are paid to the School.

  • Go Live Closure Sign Off in the form of Final Acceptance Form should be signed by both Banks identified Project Manager & vendor representative.

  • An offer of a place for your child at the School is accepted by your submitting a completed Final Acceptance Form and paying the Final Acceptance Fee.

Related to Final Acceptance Form

  • XXXX Acceptance Form means the “Acceptance Form for End User License Agreement (for SAP On Premise indirect sales)” which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.

  • Final Acceptance means final written acceptance of all the Work by the Commissioner, a copy of which shall be sent to the Contractor.

  • Final Acceptance Date means, in respect of any Offer, the final date for acceptance of such Offer which, if such Offer is extended prior to becoming unconditional, shall be the final date for acceptance of the extended Offer (but, if such Offer is or becomes unconditional, disregarding any additional or further period during which such Offer is open for acceptance);

  • Conditional Acceptance means a conditional acceptance by the Liquidity Provider of an extension of the Scheduled Termination Date.

  • Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).

  • Form of Acceptance means the Form of formal acceptance, signed by the Procuring Entity, of the Form of Tender, including any annexed memoranda comprising agreements between and signed by both Parties. If there is no such Form of acceptance, the expression “Form of Acceptance” means the Contract Agreement and the date of issuing or receiving the Form of Acceptance means the date of signing the Contract Agreement.

  • Acceptance Criteria means the Specifications, goals, performance measures, testing results and/or other criteria designated by the Agency and against which the Deliverables may be evaluated for purposes of Acceptance or Non-acceptance thereof.

  • Acceptance Condition means the acceptance condition to any Offer;

  • Notice of Completion means a document issued by the Department or Delegated Agency at the end of project construction when all items and conditions of the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan have been satisfied, post construction verification documents demonstrate that the stormwater management systems have been constructed in accordance with the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan, and final stabilization of disturbed areas on the site has been achieved.

  • Support Request means a request for assistance received by Blackboard's Service Desk and/or Service Desk Infrastructure from an Authorized User, such as any answered phone call, answered email, or answered chat.

  • Direct Debit Request means the Direct Debit Request between Us and You.

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Payment/Advance Form is that certain form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Commercial use request means a re- quest from or on behalf of one who seeks information for a use or purpose that furthers the commercial, trade, or profit interests of the requester or the person on whose behalf the request is made.

  • Certificate of Acceptance means written certification, delivered to Contractor and signed by an authorized representative of the State, stating that any Defects in a particular Phase or the Solution discovered after implementation and testing have been corrected as required under this Contract, and that the Phase complies in all material respects with all of the applicable Requirements.

  • Annual Specified Amount means $400,000 escalated on each Anniversary Date by the percentage by which the CPI last published prior to such Anniversary Date has increased over the CPI last published prior to the grant of the Burswood Casino Licence.
