Final Accounting Firm definition

Final Accounting Firm has the meaning set forth in Section 1.4(b) of the Agreement.
Final Accounting Firm means the Seattle, WA office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP or another nationally recognized independent public accounting firm selected by mutual agreement of GoDaddy and the Parent.
Final Accounting Firm has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.4(b).

The term “Clearing Firm” collectively refers to all Authorized Traders of a Clearing Firm authorized to utilize Eris Exchange.

  • Expert Determination has the meaning given to it in Clause 18.3(a) (Expert Determination).
