Final Lot definition

Final Lot means a lot created in the Development capable of separate occupation, use or disposition for residential purposes or a lot of a kind or created for a purpose that is otherwise agreed by the Parties, not being a lot created by a subdivision of the Land:
Final Lot means a lot to be created in the Development for separate occupation and disposition, not being:
Final Lot means a lot that forms part of the Land to be created by the registration of a plan of subdivision within the meaning of s195 of the Conveyancing Act 1919 or a strata plan within the meaning of the Strata Schemes (Freehold Development) Act 1973 and that is intended to be used for residential, commercial or retail purposes and will not be further subdivided. GST Law has the same meaning as in A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth) and any other Act or regulation relating to the imposition or administration of the GST.

In the case of a curved corner, the corner of the Building Lot shall be that point on the Lot Line abutting a Street nearest to the point of intersection of the said tangents.

  • Master plumber means an individual who possesses the necessary skills and qualifications to plan and supervise the installation of plumbing and who is licensed as a master plumber.

  • Construction Cost means and includes the cost of the entire construction of the Project, including all supervision, materials, supplies, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and/or other facilities furnished, used or consumed, without deduction on account of penalties, liquidated damages or other amounts withheld from payment to the contractor or contractors, but such cost shall not include the Consulting Engineer/Architect's fee, or other payments to the Consulting Engineer/Architect and shall not include cost of land or Rights-of-Way and Easement acquisition.

  • Finished Lots Entitled Land with respect to which (a) development has been completed to such an extent that permits to allow use and construction, including building, sanitary sewer and water, are entitled to be obtained for a Unit on such Entitled Land and (b) start of construction has not occurred.

  • Expandable condominium means a condominium to which additional land may be added in accordance with the provisions of the declaration and of this chapter.

  • Loose-fitting facepiece means a respiratory inlet covering that is designed to form a partial seal with the face.

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Urban renewal project means undertakings and activities of a municipality in an urban renewal area for the elimination and for the prevention of the development or spread of slums and blight, and may involve slum clearance and redevelopment in an urban renewal area, or rehabilitation or conservation in an urban renewal area, or any combination or part of them in accordance with an urban renewal plan. These undertakings and activities may include:

  • Construction Costs means any and all costs incurred by the Contractor with respect to the construction and equipping, as the case may be, of the improvements performed, whether paid or incurred prior to or after the date hereof, including, without limitation, costs for Site preparation, the removal or demolition of existing structures, the construction of the Project and related facilities and improvements, and all other work in connection therewith, security of the Site and Project, Contractors’ overhead and supervision at the Project Site, all costs and expenses including any taxes or insurance premiums paid by the Contractor with respect to the Property, and administrative and other expenses necessary or incident to the Project, excluding Contractors’ and Developers’ home office overhead and profit. The term “Construction Costs” includes all Contractor’s costs associated with preparing or generating additional copies of any Construction Documents, as defined below, related to or required for the Project, including preparation or generation of additional Plans and/or Specifications for Contractor’s Subcontractors. In no event shall Construction Costs exceed the Guaranteed Maximum Price.

  • Financeable Costs means the amount of expenditure for an Improvement which has been duly authorized by action of the governing body of the Issuer to be financed by general obligation bonds, less:

  • Housing Unit means a single-family attached or detached dwelling (including without limitation a condominium or townhome), including the Lot on which such dwelling is located, for which a building permit has been issued and construction has begun and that is or will be available for sale by the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor. Each “Housing Unit” is a Presold Housing Unit, a Speculative Housing Unit or a Model Housing Unit.
