Examples of Final Put Date in a sentence
The entire unpaid principal amount of this Note shall be due and payable on the earlier of the Maturity Date, the Redemption Date and the Final Put Date, if any, pursuant to Articles X of the Sale and Servicing Agreement and the Indenture.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the entire unpaid principal amount of the Notes shall be due and payable, if not previously paid, on the earlier of (i) the Maturity Date, (ii) the Redemption Date, (iii) the Final Put Date and (iv) the date on which an Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, if the Indenture Trustee or the Majority Noteholders shall have declared the Notes to be immediately due and payable in the manner provided in Section 5.02 hereof.

Notice of exercise of the Put Option under Section 16.04 hereof shall be given by the Majority Certificateholders by first-class mail, postage prepaid, or by facsimile mailed or transmitted not later than 15 days prior to the date on which the Class A Certificates shall be repurchased by the Trust (the "Final Put Date").
