Final Total Retail Load definition

Final Total Retail Load means, for any given Contract Year, the total combined amount of electric energy sold by Electric Utilities and ARES to retail customers in Commonwealth Edison’s and Ameren Illinoisservice territories determined using amounts as settled by PJM or MISO, as applicable, within 105 Days of that Contract Year.
