Insurance Administration means, with respect to each Shared Policy, the accounting for premiums, retrospectively-rated premiums, defense costs, indemnity payments, deductibles and retentions, as appropriate, under the terms and conditions of each of the Shared Policies; and the reporting to excess insurance carriers of any losses or claims which may cause the per-occurrence, per claim or aggregate limits of any Shared Policy to be exceeded, and the distribution of Insurance Proceeds as contemplated by this Agreement.
Self-administration means carrying and taking medication without the intervention of the school nurse, approved through the school district policy and restricted to students with asthma, other potentially life-threatening illnesses or life-threatening allergic reaction.
Medication administration means the direct application of a medication or device by ingestion, inhalation, injection or any other means, whether self-administered by a resident, or administered by a guardian (for a minor), or an authorized health care provider.
Self-Administration of Medication means the individual manages and takes his or her own medication, identifies his or her medication and the times and methods of administration, places the medication internally in or externally on his or her own body without staff assistance upon written order of a physician, and safely maintains the medication without supervision.
Behavioral health administration or "BHA" means
Customs Administration means the competent authority that is responsible under the law of a Party for the administration of customs laws and regulations;
Federal Aviation Administration and "FAA" mean the United States Federal Aviation Administration and any agency or instrumentality of the United States government succeeding to their functions.
Finance Department means the Finance Department of the Government of Assam;
Claims Administration means the processing of claims made under the Shared Policies, including the reporting of claims to the insurance carriers, management and defense of claims and providing for appropriate releases upon settlement of claims.
the Administration Act means the Social Security Administration Act 1992;
Misadministration means the administration of:
Contract administration means all functions, duties, and responsibilities
Diocesan Board of Education means that body constituted under the Diocesan Boards of Education Measure 1991 for the Diocese and any successor body;
Nursing home administrator or "administrator" means any individual who is charged with the general administration of a nursing home, whether or not such an individual has an ownership interest in such home and whether or not the functions and duties are shared with one or more other individuals.
National Flood Insurance Program means the program created by the U.S. Congress pursuant to the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 and the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, as revised by the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994, that mandates the purchase of flood insurance to cover real property improvements located in Special Flood Hazard Areas in participating communities and provides protection to property owners through a Federal insurance program.
Administration Fund means the Administration Fund established by the Fiscal Agent pursuant to Section 4.01 hereof.
Deputy compact administrator means: the individual, if any, in each compacting state appointed to act on behalf of a Compact Administrator pursuant to the terms of this compact responsible for the administration and management of the state's supervision and transfer of juveniles subject to the terms of this compact, the rules adopted by the Interstate Commission and policies adopted by the State Council under this compact.
fall protection plan means a documented plan, which includes and provides for -
Administration of Medication means the act of placing a medication in or on an individual's body by a staff member who is responsible for the individual's care.
Swap Administration Agreement As defined in Section 4.08(b).
Department of Education means the United States Department of Education.
Drug enforcement administration means the drug enforcement
Stormwater management planning agency means a public body authorized by legislation to prepare stormwater management plans.
Nodal Ministry means the Ministry or Department identified pursuant to this order in respect of a particular item of goods or services or works.
Board of Education means a board defined in s.s. 1(1) of the Education Act;
Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;
