Financed Assets means that part of a Project Facility treated as financed with Tax-Advantaged Bond proceeds as reflected in a Final Written Allocation or, if no Final Written Allocation was prepared, the accounting records of the Issuer and the Tax Compliance Agreement for the Tax-Advantaged Bonds.

Financed Assets and “Financed Asset” means, as the context requires, all or any portion of the Project financed with proceeds of the Lease Agreement, as described on Exhibit C hereto.

More Definitions of Financed Assets

Financed Assets means all Wireless Assets that have been acquired or financed by the Borrower using all or a portion of the proceeds of any Advance hereunder (whether or not such Wireless Assets have subsequently been deemed Ineligible Assets).
