Financed Assets definition

Financed Assets means that part of a Project Facility treated as financed with Tax-Exempt Bond proceeds as reflected in a Final Written Allocation or, if no Final Written Allocation was prepared, the accounting records of the Issuer and the Tax Compliance Agreement for the Tax-Exempt Bonds.
Financed Assets means that part of a Project Facility treated as financed with Tax-Advantaged Bond proceeds as reflected in a Final Written Allocation or, if no Final Written Allocation was prepared, the accounting records of the Issuer, the Trustee or Conduit Borrower and the Tax Compliance Agreement for the Tax-Advantaged Bond issue.
Financed Assets and “Financed Asset” means, as the context requires, all or any portion of the Project financed with proceeds of the Lease Agreement, as described on Exhibit C hereto.

Examples of Financed Assets in a sentence

  • The completion of the Financed Assets and the allocation of the Lease Proceeds to expenditures will proceed with due diligence.

  • At least 85% of the proceeds of the Lease will be allocated to expenditures on the Financed Assets within 3 years after the Closing Date.

  • On the Closing Date, all proceeds of the Lease in the amount of $1,238,897.62, are expected to be deposited in the escrow fund established by the Escrow Agent pursuant to the terms of the Escrow Agreement (the “Escrow Fund”) and used to pay costs of the Financed Assets.

More Definitions of Financed Assets

Financed Assets shall have the meaning set forth in recitals hereof.
Financed Assets means all Wireless Assets that have been acquired or financed by the Borrower using all or a portion of the proceeds of any Advance hereunder (whether or not such Wireless Assets have subsequently been deemed Ineligible Assets).
Financed Assets means all of Dealer’s Inventory and Equipment which have been financed by CDF, and all attachments, accessories, accessions, returns, repossessions, exchanges, substitutions and replacements thereto, and all Proceeds thereof.
