Final Written Allocation definition

Final Written Allocation means the Final Written Allocation of Tax-Exempt Bond proceeds prepared pursuant to Section 5.4 of this Compliance Procedure.

Final Written Allocation means the Final Written Allocation of expenditures prepared by the Bond Compliance Officer in accordance with the Tax Compliance Procedure and Section 4.02(b) of this Tax Certificate.

Final Written Allocation means the written allocation of expenditures of proceeds of the Original Obligations as set forth on Exhibit C hereto and the Final Written Allocation of expenditures prepared by the Bond Compliance Officer in accordance with the Tax Compliance Procedure and Section 4.2(b) of this Tax Agreement.

Examples of Final Written Allocation in a sentence

• For each Issue, the Final Written Allocation and Annual Compliance Checklist will be reviewed by legal counsel to the Conduit User or Bond Counsel for sufficiency and compliance with this Tax Agreement.

• Following the completion of the review, the Borrower’s Bond Compliance Officer will execute the Final Written Allocation.

• The Borrower’s Bond Compliance Officer shall complete and submit to the Bond Compliance Agent and the Issuer the Final Written Allocation which itemizes the allocation of Bond proceeds to expenditures and identifies the Costs of the Project.

• An Annual Compliance Checklist substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D will be completed by the Borrower’s Bond Compliance Officer each year following completion of the Final Written Allocation.

• In this capacity, the Trustee will hold the documents listed below (the “Tax-Advantaged Bond File”) for the benefit of the Issuer and the Borrower, and (2) the Bond Compliance Agent will remind the Borrower to provide necessary documentation such as the Annual Compliance Checklist, arbitrage and yield reduction reports, Final Written Allocation and forms filed with the IRS, as applicable.

Final Written Allocation means the written allocation of expenditures of proceeds of the Original Obligations as set forth on Exhibit D.

Final Written Allocation means the Final Written Allocation of Tax-Exempt Bond proceeds pursuant to Section 7.4 or of Participant Loan proceeds pursuant to Section 5.3.

Final Written Allocation means the Final Written Allocation of Tax-Advantaged Bond proceeds prepared pursuant to Section 5.4 hereof.

Final Written Allocation means the Final Written Allocation of expenditures of the Bond proceeds prepared by the Bond Compliance Officer in accordance with the Compliance Procedure and Section 4.2(b).

Final Written Allocation means a final written allocation of Tax‐Advantaged Bond proceeds prepared by the Bond Compliance Officer pursuant to Subsection 2.1.3 of this Compliance Procedure.
