The Allocatee shall demonstrate that 100 percent of QLICIs made in the form of loans to or investments in CDEs or QALICBs (as opposed to loan purchases or the provision of Financial Counseling and Other Services) incorporated terms and conditions that, at the time the QLICIs were made, were flexible, non-conventional, or non-conforming with reference to either the Allocatee’s underwriting guidelines or standard practice in the marketplace as documented by the Allocatee.
Further, during the Term, the Executive will be eligible (a) to participate in Revlon’s Executive Financial Counseling and Tax Preparation Program, as from time to time in effect, or such program or programs, if any, as may succeed it, and (b) to receive a car allowance at the rate of $15,000 per annum, which is intended to cover lease, insurance, operating and maintenance costs under the car allowance program as in effect from time to time, or such program or programs, if any, as may succeed it.
As an officer of the Company, you will be eligible to participate in the Company's Financial Counseling Program.

The Executive shall be entitled to benefits described in the BellSouth Corporation Financial Counseling Plan through his sixty-seventh (67th) birthday, such benefits to be provided by the Company as if eligibility therefor extended to such date under the terms of such plan.
Benefits described in this Section 6 shall be subject to all other terms and conditions of the Financial Counseling Plan.
