Professional counselor means a person who practices counseling as defined in § 54.1-3500.
Counseling means one or more consultations as necessary between a state licensed psychiatrist or psychologist and a patient for the purpose of determining that the patient is competent and not suffering from a psychiatric or psychological disorder or depression causing impaired judgment.
Financial Instrument” shall mean the Financial Instruments under the Company’s CIF license which can be found in the document “Company Information” on the Website. It is understood that the Company does not necessarily offer all the Financial Instruments which appear on its CIF license but only those marketed on its Website from time to time.
Special Counsel means an "independent legal counsel" as defined in Reg. §270.0-1(a)(6) promulgated under the 1940 Act, and such counsel shall be selected by a majority of the Independent Non-Party Directors.
Independent Financial Consultant means a financial consultant or firm of such consultants generally recognized to be well qualified in the financial consulting field, appointed and paid by the District, who, or each of whom:
Financial Officer means the chief financial officer, principal accounting officer, treasurer or controller of the Borrower.
Financial Counterparty has the meaning given to such term in, and shall be interpreted in accordance with, 12 C.F.R. 252.81, 12 C.F.R. 382.1 and 12 C.F.R. 47.2.
General Counsel means the General Counsel of the Corporation.

Chief Administrative Officer (CAO means the person appointed to the position of chief administrative officer for the Town of Okotoks within the meaning of the Municipal Government Act;
Chief Pretrial Services Officer (i.e., CPSO) means the individual appointed by the court to supervise the work of the court’s pretrial services staff. For the purpose of the contract, the “Chief Probation Officer” acts as the contract administrator on behalf of the Director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.

Designated Financial Officer means, with respect to any Borrower, its chief financial officer, director of treasury services, treasurer, assistant treasurer, or any position similar to any of the foregoing.
Financial Crime Risk Management Activity means any action to meet Compliance Obligations relating to or in connection with the detection, investigation and prevention of Financial Crime that the Bank or members of the HSBC Group may take.
Financial Officer Certification means, with respect to the financial statements for which such certification is required, the certification of the chief financial officer of the Borrower that such financial statements fairly present, in all material respects, the financial condition of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as at the dates indicated and the results of their operations and their cash flows for the periods indicated, subject to changes resulting from audit and normal year-end adjustments.
Financial Close means the Capacity Market Seller has demonstrated that the Capacity Market Seller or its agent has completed the act of executing the material contracts and/or other documents necessary to (1) authorize construction of the project and (2) establish the necessary funding for the project under the control of an independent third-party entity. A sworn, notarized certification of an independent engineer certifying to such facts, and that the engineer has personal knowledge of, or has engaged in a diligent inquiry to determine, such facts, shall be sufficient to make such demonstration. For resources that do not have external financing, Financial Close shall mean the project has full funding available, and that the project has been duly authorized to proceed with full construction of the material portions of the project by the appropriate governing body of the company funding such project. A sworn, notarized certification by an officer of such company certifying to such facts, and that the officer has personal knowledge of, or has engaged in a diligent inquiry to determine, such facts, shall be sufficient to make such demonstration.
CFO means an individual who acted as chief financial officer of the Company, or acted in a similar capacity, for any part of the most recently completed financial year;
Administrative Officer means anyone designated at the college as being on the administrative staff, such as the President, Chief Academic Officer, Chief Student Services Officer, etc.
Rehabilitation counseling services means services provided by qualified personnel in individual or group sessions that focus specifically on career development, employment preparation, achieving independence, and integration in the workplace and community of a student with a disability. The term also includes vocational rehabilitation services provided to a student with disabilities by vocational rehabilitation programs funded under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
financial service means a service of a financial nature, including insurance, and a service incidental or auxiliary to a service of a financial nature;

Licensed professional counselor means a counselor licensed by a Member State, regardless of the title used by that State, to independently assess, diagnose, and treat behavioral health conditions.
Information Officer means the Person acting on behalf of the Company and discharging the duties and responsibilities assigned to the Head of the Private Body by the Act. The Information Officer is duly authorised to act as such and such authorisation has been confirmed in writing by the Head of the Private Body.
financial group means a group that consists of a legal person or legal arrangement exercising control and coordinating functions over the rest of the group for the application of group supervision under the Core Principles, and its branches and subsidiaries that are financial institutions as defined in section 27A(6) of the MAS Act or the equivalent financial institutions outside Singapore;
