Financial Exchange definition

Financial Exchange means, in relation to a Tranche of listed Registered Notes, the Interest Rate Market of the JSE and/or such other (or additional) financial exchange/s as may be determined by the Issuer and the relevant Dealer/s subject to all Applicable Laws, as specified in the Applicable Pricing Supplement;
Financial Exchange means the JSE or its successor, or any other or further financial exchange or financial exchanges on which any Notes may be listed, and references in this Agreement to the “relevant Financial Exchange(s)” shall, in relation to any Notes, be references to the Financial Exchange or Financial Exchanges on which such Notes are from time to time, or are intended to be, listed;
Financial Exchange means any financial or stock exchange(s) on which any of the Existing Debt Instruments were listed as at the Curatorship Date and, if the context so requires, shall include any financial or55 stock exchange(s) on which New Senior Debt Instruments and/or New Subordinated Debt Instruments may be listed;
