Financial Index definition

Financial Index means an index which satisfies the criteria set out in the UCITS Regulations and Central Bank guidance;
Financial Index means an index which satisfies the criteria set out in the UCITS Regulations and is recognised by the Central Bank;
Financial Index has the meaning established in item 7.1(r);
