Financial Management Software definition

Financial Management Software includes: Quicken® and QuickBooks®, and other software we may identify from time to time on the Website. You are responsible for obtaining a valid and separate license agreement with the provider of your Financial Management Software. Your license agreement with the provider of your Financial Management Software may restrict the duration of your online access; we will not be liable for any such limitations or restrictions.

Online Banking and Bill Pay Access Through Financial Management Software. We may, in our discretion, offer an option to allow you to download information into your Financial Management Software from certain Accounts. The Accounts for which these options are available will be identified on the Website from time to time. From time to time, we may add to, modify, or delete any feature of your ability to access the Services through your Financial Management Software at our sole discretion. Security of Data Transmission and Storage. You assume all risk that any information you download and store in your Financial Management Software may be accessed by unauthorized third parties and once downloaded, we are no longer responsible for the security and confidentiality of that information, nor are we are responsible for the security and confidentiality of the information if you: (i) use wireless connections to download your account information, in which case you acknowledge such connection may permit other persons to access the information being downloaded, or (ii) allow other persons access to your Financial Management Software. Any information that you download is done at your own risk and you are solely responsible for any damage that might occur to the computer (or other electronic device) to which you download any information, or any loss or corruption of data that might occur as a result of the downloading or its storage in a computer or Device.
Financial Management Software has the meaning described in subsection 12.A of this Agreement. • "Handheld Device" includes a cell or mobile phone, tablet computer, or personal digital assistant (PDA) satisfying hardware and software requirements as specified by us from time to time. • "Include" and "including", when used at the beginning of a list of one or more items, indicates that the list contains examples - the list is neither exclusive nor exhaustive and the items in the list are intended only as illustrations. They are not the only possible items that could appear in the list.

  • In addition, the Customer’s license of SAS® Financial Management Software is limited to and the license and maintenance fees payable by Customer for the Software are based on the quantities of each type of user for which the license and subsequent maintenance have been purchased by the Customer.

  • The Customer shall identify the specific machine information (hardware, manufacturer, and operating system) of the server on which the SAS® Financial Management Software and the Metadata Server component of that Software will be installed.

Related to Financial Management Software

  • Financial Management Manual means the Financial Management Manual dated March 13, 2009 adopted by the Project Implementing Entity and which sets out the policies and procedures for establishing and maintaining a financial management system to be implemented by the Project Implementing Entity in the carrying out of the Project.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Database Management System (“DBMS”) is a computer process used to store, sort, manipulate and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and ALI.

  • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date, which Software is reasonably required as of the Effective Date for the conduct of (i) the Agriculture Business if the Licensee is AgCo, including as listed on section (i) of Schedule Q, or (ii) the Materials Science Business if the Licensee is MatCo, including as listed on section (ii) of Schedule Q, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee and its Affiliates have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • SAP Group Software means (i) any and all software products listed on the Price List as well as any SAP SDK which are provided by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) under any part of this Agreement all as developed by or for the SAP Group; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to Maintenance Services or warranty obligation by any member of the SAP Group; and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Additionally, it is the procedures, equipment, facilities, software, and Data that are designed, built, operated, and maintained to create, collect, record, process, store, retrieve, display, and transmit information.

  • Information Technologies means all information processing and communications-related hardware, Software, supplies, and consumable items that the Supplier is required to supply and install under the Contract.

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;

  • Asset Management Plan means a strategic document that states how a group of assets are to be managed over a period of time. The plan describes the characteristics and condition of infrastructure assets, the levels of service expected from them, planned actions to ensure the assets are providing the expected level of service, and financing strategies to implement the planned actions.   • Information Technology Resources means agency budgetary resources, personnel, equipment, facilities, or services that are primarily used in the management, operation, acquisition, disposition, and transformation, or other activity related to the lifecycle of information technology; acquisitions or interagency agreements that include information technology and the services or equipment provided by such acquisitions or interagency agreements; but does not include grants to third parties which establish or support information technology not operated directly by the Federal Government.   • Computer services means providing services consisting of specifying computer hardware configurations and evaluating technical processing characteristics, computer programming, and training of computer programmers and operators, provided in conjunction with and to support the sale, lease, or operation of taxable computer equipment or systems.

  • Mobile Banking Service means the EB Services which we enable you to access via the Mobile Banking App or a web browser designed for use on a Mobile Device; and
