Fir Tree means, Fir Tree Capital Management, LP, on behalf of itself and funds for which it serves as investment manager or advisor, and/or in its capacity as Owner Representative, as such term is defined in that certain Noteholder Agreement, dated March 1, 2015, between PRIFA and RBC Municipal Products, LLC.
