Firm Forward Haulage Service definition

Firm Forward Haulage Service means a gas transportation Service in the Pipeline that gives the highest level assurance that the Shipper will be able to transport Gas, subject to Curtailment. Firm Service means Firm Forward Haulage Services.

Examples of Firm Forward Haulage Service in a sentence

  • The following minimum Periods of Supply apply for any Firm Forward Haulage Service the minimum Period of Supply is one (1) Year, or less than one (1) Year at the discretion of the Service Provider.

  • Fire Service means any deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to extinguish a fire or perform any preventative measure in an effort to protect equipment, life, or property in an area threatened by fire. It also includes the deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to provide fire suppression, rescue, extrication, and any other services related to fire and rescue as may occasionally occur.
