Firm Forward Haulage Service definition

Firm Forward Haulage Service means a gas transportation Service in the EGP in either direction (including Increased MDQ acquired pursuant to clause 6.3) that gives the highest level assurance that the Shipper will be able to transport Gas, subject to Curtailment.
Firm Forward Haulage Service means a gas transportation Service in the Pipeline that gives the highest level assurance that the Shipper will be able to transport Gas, subject to Curtailment. Firm Service means Firm Forward Haulage Services.
Firm Forward Haulage Service means a Natural Gas transportation Service in the TGP that is in a direction of ascending KP, and that gives the highest level assurance that the Shipper will be able to transport Natural Gas, subject to Curtailment and the MDQ for a Path and Zonal MDQ set out in the relevant Annexure.
