First Charter means First Charter as defined herein and any successor to its business and/or assets as aforesaid that executes and delivers the agreement provided for in this Section 11 or that otherwise becomes bound by the all terms and provisions of this Agreement by operation of law.

  • Executive pledges his best efforts and utmost diligence to protect and keep confidential the trade secrets and confidential or proprietary business information of First Charter.

  • This Agreement shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, Executive and First Charter and the Bank and their respective permitted successors and assigns.

  • Executive has no oral representations, understandings or agreements with First Charter or any of its officers, directors or representatives covering the same subject matter as this Agreement.

Related to First Charter

  • Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.
