First Export Date definition

First Export Date means the date on which the generating station first exports electricity to the Northern Powergrid network on a commercial basis;
First Export Date means the date on which any first turbine forming part of the development first supplies electricity to the electricity grid network on a commercial basis.
First Export Date as defined in Schedule 1 “HRMP” the detailed habitat restoration and management scheme to be submitted to and approved by the Council under this Schedule based on the outline referred to at paragraph 4 of Schedule 5 and attached at Appendix 1

Examples of First Export Date in a sentence

  • Written confirmation of the First Export Date shall be provided to the Local Planning Authority no later than 1 calendar month after the event.

  • This permission shall remain valid for a period of 25 years from the date that electricity from the development is first produced ('First Export Date').
