First Homes Provisions definition

First Homes Provisions means the provisions set out in [ Insert applicable references to the variation/supplemental agreement for First Homes ] [to the Original S106 agreement (which were added and are set out in [reference] [The Schedule to the Supplemental/variation to S106].

  • Surviving Provisions has the meaning specified in Section 10.02.
