The First Negotiation Notice shall describe the space so offered to Tenant.
The First Negotiation Notice shall describe the location of the space so offered to Tenant and shall set forth Landlord’s proposed economic terms and conditions applicable to Tenant’s lease of such space including, without limitation, base rent, operating expenses, rent abatement or free rent, tenant improvement allowances and other concessions, if any are applicable (collectively, the “Economic Terms”).
