Section 16.2.1. 29 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this Agreement, subject to the 30 terms and conditions of Article XVII, Section 17.3. Should the date of execution of this 31 Agreement be subsequent to the effective date, salaries, including overtime, shall be retroactive 32 to the effective date.
