First Series of Covered Bonds definition

First Series of Covered Bonds means the first Series of Covered Bonds issued by the Issuer in the context of the Programme.

  • The Organisation of the Bondholders shall be established upon, and by virtue of, the issue of the First Series of Covered Bonds under the Programme and shall remain in force and in effect until repayment in full or cancellation of all the Covered Bonds of whatever Series.

  • Series of Notes means the Notes and the Series of Notes secured by this Agreement as the same exist on the Effective Date, without giving effect to any amendments or modifications to said Notes or Series of Notes effected or made after any such Effective Date unless such amendments or modifications to said Notes or Series of Notes have been consented to in writing by Principal Life.

  • Refunding Bonds means Bonds issued pursuant to provisions of this Master Indenture, the proceeds of which are used to refund one or more Series of Outstanding Bonds.

  • CF Shadow Series means a series of Capital Stock that is identical in all respects to the shares of Capital Stock (whether Preferred Stock or another class issued by the Company) issued in the relevant Equity Financing (e.g., if the Company sells Series A Preferred Stock in an Equity Financing, the Shadow Series would be Series A-CF Preferred Stock), except that:

  • Floating Rate Notes means the Class A-2b Notes.

  • 2024 Notes means the 7.625% unsecured notes due April 15, 2024, issued pursuant to the 2009 Notes Indenture.

  • Outstanding Bonds means any Bonds not redeemed or otherwise discharged.

  • 2027 Notes means the 7.875% unsecured notes due January 15, 2027, issued pursuant to the 2006 Notes Indenture.

  • Fixed Rate Notes Together, the Class A-1a Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-4 Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes and the Class E Notes.

  • the Macfarlane (Special Payments) Trust means the trust of that name, established on 29th January 1990 partly out of funds provided by the Secretary of State, for the benefit of certain persons suffering from haemophilia;
