First Tier Bonds definition

First Tier Bonds means the Series 2017A Bonds and all Additional Bonds issued on a parity with the Series 2017A Bonds.
First Tier Bonds means the Borrower’s $135,340,000 Convention Center Hotel First Tier Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2017A, dated May 1, 2017.
First Tier Bonds means Bonds payable from and secured by the First Tier Debt Service Account.

  • The Borrower shall issue all of the Series 2010 First Tier Bonds and enter into the TIFIA Loan all on the Closing Date and in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Trust Agreement and the TIFIA Loan Agreement, respectively.

  • Policy limits shall be the lesser of the original principal amount of the First Tier Bonds plus the Second Tier Bonds or $100,000,000, but in no event less than $1,000,000 for damages arising out of any one occurrence, and automobile liability and property insurance in the minimum amount of $1,000,000 for damages arising out of any one occurrence.

  • The Borrower and TxDOT shall be deemed to make, as of the date of the issuance of any Series 2011 First Tier Bonds, the same representations and warranties with respect to any such offering document as the parties have made under the TELA with respect to the Official Statement.

  • The terms "Bond" and "Bonds" includes First Tier Bonds, Second Tier Bonds, Third Tier Bonds and Subordinate Bonds and may, if provided in a Series Trust Indenture, include Credit Provider Bonds.

  • Each Series 2017A Bond shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto (except the Initial Bonds which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto), with such changes therein which are not inconsistent with this Indenture, as are approved by the Authorized Corporation Representative executing the Series 2017A Bonds (whose manual or facsimile signature on such First Tier Bonds shall constitute conclusive evidence of his or her approval of any such changes appearing thereon).

  • Series 2021 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds.

  • Receivables Purchase Price means $1,375,000,017.71.
