First Tier Bonds definition

First Tier Bonds means the Series 2017A Bonds and all Additional Bonds issued on a parity with the Series 2017A Bonds.
First Tier Bonds means the Borrower’s $135,340,000 Convention Center Hotel First Tier Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2017A, dated May 1, 2017.
First Tier Bonds means Bonds payable from and secured by the First Tier Debt Service Account.

  • The Borrower shall issue all of the Series 2010 First Tier Bonds and enter into the TIFIA Loan all on the Closing Date and in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Trust Agreement and the TIFIA Loan Agreement, respectively.

  • From the proceeds of the Series 2010 First Tier Bonds, on the Closing Date the Trustee shall deposit into the Series 2010 Capitalized Interest Account the amount of the Series 2010 Capitalized Interest Account Requirement.
