First Warrant definition

First Warrant has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

Examples of First Warrant in a sentence

  • The exercise price of the First Warrant shall be set at the five-day average closing bid price immediately preceding the execution of this Agreement and all shares thereunder shall vest immediately upon issuance of the First Warrant.

  • The First Warrant will entitle the Subscriber to purchase, for a period of two years from issuance, one additional Share at an exercise price of $0.50 per Share and each whole Second Warrant will entitle the Subscriber to purchase, for a period of two years from issuance, one additional Share at an exercise price of $0.60 per Share.

More Definitions of First Warrant

First Warrant means the Common Stock Purchase Warrant dated August 15, 1999 herewith pursuant to which NMR has the right, under certain circumstances, to purchase 1,106,109 shares of Common Stock, in the form attached as EXHIBIT A hereto.
