Fish consumption definition

Fish consumption means the use of a surface water by humans for harvesting aquatic organisms for consumption. Harvestable aquatic organisms include, but are not limited to, fish, clams, turtles, crayfish, and frogs.
Fish consumption means the consumption of freshwater finfish, select marine finfish (i.e. herring, halibut, salmonids), marine invertebrates, and marine mammals.
Fish consumption means the OWQS beneficial use designation for the protection of human health for the consumption of fish flesh.
