FIT Contract definition

FIT Contract means a contract with the IESO under the Province of Ontario’s renewable energy FIT Program. “FIT Program” means the Province of Ontario’s Feed-In Tariff Program.
FIT Contract means the contract offered by the IESO for the purchase of power and grid connectivity of a particular renewable power generation Project, and “FIT Contracts” means more than one of them;
FIT Contract means any contract under any version of the FIT Program.

  • The IESO will be entitled to set-off any monies owed to it by the Recipient or to which the IESO may be entitled pursuant to any other agreement with the Recipient, including any FIT Contract or LRP Contract, against any obligations that the IESO may have to the Recipient under the Funding Agreement or any other agreement.

  • The OPA may deduct or set-off an amount equal to such costs from or against amounts payable by the OPA to the Supplier, the Assignee, or to any Affiliate of the Supplier or Assignee at any time and from time to time under any FIT Contract or other contract to which the Supplier, the Assignee, or any such Affiliate thereof, is a party.

  • The Municipalities may set off the revenue received pursuant to the FIT Contract being held in trust for and on behalf of the Company during a month against the amount to be paid by the Company to the Municipalities on the first (15t) Business Day of the following month if but only if such set off is carried out in accordance with the requirements of Section 8(4).

  • After 5:00 pm on the fiftieth (50th) Business Day following the Effective Date, the Company shall, at its sole cost except where the FIT Contract provides otherwise, track and provide information required by the FIT Contract for dealing with the Environmental Attributes.


More Definitions of FIT Contract

FIT Contract means the agreement no. F–003012–SPV–508 dated July 23, 2013 entered into between 1809765 Ontario Limited, and the OPA under the FIT Program with respect to the Roof Area and the Project, as such agreement may be amended, restated, replaced, renewed, assigned or otherwise amended from time to time.
FIT Contract means a power purchase agreement entered into between a supplier of renewable power and the IESO under the FIT Program.
FIT Contract means the feed-in tariff contract between NRWC and the Ontario Power Authority, the general terms of which are set out in Schedule 1, General Terms and Conditions, Version 1.3.0, which is publicly accessible on the OPA’s website.
FIT Contract means any contract under any version of the IESO’s Feed-In Tariff Program.
FIT Contract means the Feed In Tariff (FIT) Contract ID# F-000655-WIN-130-601 dated April 30, 2010 between the Vendor and the OPA with respect to the Project, including the contract cover page, general terms and conditions, any applicable special terms and conditions, standard definitions, and any exhibits thereto, as amended by a FIT Amending Agreement re: Extension of Milestone Date for Commercial Operation for Non-CAE Projects dated April 18, 2011 and countersigned by Vendor on May 26, 2011 , as amended, superseded or replaced;
FIT Contract means a Feed-In Tariff Contract with the OPA under the FIT Program;
FIT Contract means a contract with the IESO under the Province of Ontario’s renewable energy FIT program. “Fitzpatrick Mountain Wind Facility” means the 1.6 MW wind power facility located near Pictou, Nova Scotia.
