Roof Area definition

Roof Area means the surface of the roof of the Building.
Roof Area means the area on the Roof, as shown on the sketch attached hereto as Schedule ‘A’.[2]
Roof Area means the surface of the roof of the Building depicted on Exhibit E to this Lease.

Examples of Roof Area in a sentence

  • In performing such removal, Tenant shall restore the Roof Area and any personal property and fixtures thereon to as good a condition as existed prior to the installation or placement of the Dish, reasonable wear and tear excepted.

  • Tenant shall give Landlord reasonable advance written notice of the need for access to the Roof Area (except that such notice may be oral in an emergency), and Landlord must be present during any entry by Tenant onto the Roof Area.

  • In the event of an emergency, such notice shall follow within five (5) days after access to the Roof Area.

  • Tenant shall be permitted to use the Roof Area solely for installation of the Equipment.

  • Landlord makes no warranties or representations to Tenant as to the suitability of the Roof Area for the installation and operation of the Equipment.

  • Any relocations of the Roof Area shall be at Landlord’s cost and expense.

  • Tenant shall have no right to make any changes, alterations, additions, decorations or other improvements to the Roof Area without Landlord’s prior written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • In performing such removal, Tenant shall restore the Roof Area and any personal property and fixtures thereon to as good a condition as they were prior to the installation or placement of the Dish, reasonable wear and tear excepted.

  • Landlord shall provide Tenant with twenty-four (24) hour access to the Roof Area, subject to Landlord’s reasonable security procedures and restrictions based on emergency conditions and to other causes beyond Landlord’s reasonable control.

  • For the aforesaid purpose the Promoter is entitled to shift any part of the Common Areas (including common areas and installations, lift machine rooms and water tanks and the Common Roof Area) to the ultimate roofs and also to make available the Common Areas and all utility connections and facilities to the additional/further constructions.


More Definitions of Roof Area

Roof Area means a portion of the roof of the Building (being approximately ___ by ____ feet in size) which is not utilized by a third party and located at a position which is mutually agreeable to Landlord and Tenant; and the term "Service Area" means both (a) those portions of the Building (including, without limitation, the telephone closets located on the sixth (6th) floor of the Building) which are neither areas open to the general public or leased or held for lease to tenants, and which are intended to be utilized for locating utility and communications cables, wires and similar equipment, and (b) areas of the land outside the Building which are covered by easement agreements for providing utilities, cable, telephone and communication services.
Roof Area means the east facing surface of the roof of the Building.
Roof Area means that portion of a lot or parcel covered by the roof structure of all buildings, excluding the eaves and overhangs, but including covered porches, patios and carports.

Related to Roof Area

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Slum area means any area where dwellings predominate which, by reason of depreciation, overcrowding, faulty arrangement or design, lack of ventilation, light or sanitary facilities, or any combination of these factors, are detrimental to the public safety, health or morals.

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Roof means a non-porous cover for a structure such as (by way of example and not limitation) Lexan barriers or shingles but not a shade trellis, ivy or other open or porous material that may also be used as a cover.
