COVID-19 Policies and Procedures definition

COVID-19 Policies and Procedures means the policies, procedures, practices, and conditions which we deem necessary to attempt to prevent, slow, or mitigate any potential outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019, caused by the virus, SARS-CoV-2. When the term “COVID-19” is used in this Passenger Ticket Contract, it includes infection or suspected infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus even where no symptoms or physical signs are present.
COVID-19 Policies and Procedures means those requirements, terms, conditions, and policies adopted by the Company to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 on a tour or cruise. The Company reserves the right to alter its COVID-19 Policies and Procedures as necessary in its sole discretion.

  • The Licensee will comply with the COVID-19 Policies and Procedures, including any COVID-19 mitigation measures that may be applicable prior to move-in and after move-in.

  • If, after embarkation, we, in our sole discretion, suspect you may be infected with COVID-19 or other communicable disease and you are disembarked, refused reboarding or quarantined as a result, unless we determine that you have failed to comply with our COVID-19 Policies and Procedures or this Ticket Contract, you will be entitled to a future cruise credit equal in value to the amount you paid to us as Cruise Fare prorated to the time of the disembarkation, refusal to reboard or quarantine.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • ERCOT Protocols means the document adopted by ERCOT, including any attachments or exhibits referenced in that document, as amended from time to time, that contains the scheduling, operating, planning, reliability, and Settlement (including Customer registration) policies, rules, guidelines, procedures, standards, and criteria of ERCOT. For the purposes of determining responsibilities and rights at a given time, the ERCOT Protocols, as amended in accordance with the change procedure(s) described in the ERCOT Protocols, in effect at the time of the performance or non-performance of an action, shall govern with respect to that action.

  • FCA Handbook means the FCA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.
