Five Year Trained definition

Five Year Trained in relation to a teacher means a teacher whose teaching qualifications include a degree with honours of a recognised university which requires a minimum of four years full-time study, and has in addition, completed one year’s teacher training at a university or college of advanced education approved by the Director or has completed such other course or courses and/or has vocational experience which the Director may, from time to time, deem to be equivalent.

  • Calendar Year means each successive period of twelve (12) calendar months commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the immediately preceding sentence, the Series’ “Annual Operating Expenses” for the Class do not include interest and dividends on securities sold short, amortization of organization expenses, taxes, brokerage commissions, litigation and indemnification expenses or any costs or expenses of or for the Series with respect to the Class that are “extraordinary” as determined under generally accepted accounting principles (see Accounting Principles Board Opinion No. 30). Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 4 (Compensation of the Adviser) of the Agreement, the Adviser hereby waives compensation for services provided by it under the Agreement for the calendar year ending December 31, 2007, and/or agrees to reimburse expenses relating to such calendar year to the Series with respect to the Class in an amount, if any, necessary so that the Series’ “Annual Operating Expenses” for its Service Class of shares (the “Class”) are not more than 1.66% of the Class’ average net assets for such calendar year.   • Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.

  • Annual Net Sales means, with respect to any Calendar Year, the aggregate amount of the Net Sales for such Calendar Year.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Annual Work Plan means any of the Annual Work Plans.

  • Sales Year means the calendar year during which the Company sold Cigarettes in a Beneficiary State requiring the deposit of QEF Principal.

  • Operating Year means the calendar year commencing January 1st of each year (including the calendar year within which the Commencement Date occurs) during the Term.

  • Annual Balanced Budget means that, in each Funding Year of the term of this Agreement, the total revenues of the HSP are greater than or equal to the total expenses, from all sources, of the HSP;
