Fixed Hourly Rates definition

Fixed Hourly Rates means the hourly rates which have been negotiated for most personnel working for the CONSULTANT and its subconsultants who will perform services under this AGREEMENT. Such rates include full compensation associated with such staff, including Direct Salaries, Salary Costs, General Overhead and Salary Cost Factor. Fixed Hourly Rates are calculated by multiplying the Direct Salaries by the Salary Cost Factor, or are established as Negotiated Billing Rates, all as set forth in Appendix B. Except as otherwise shown in Appendix B, Fixed Hourly Rates shall remain constant during the term of this AGREEMENT.
Fixed Hourly Rates means the fully burdened hourly rate(s) specified in Exhibit B (Price Sheet), for all Services that Contractor shall/may provide under this Contract upon County’s written request.

Examples of Fixed Hourly Rates in a sentence

  • If compensation is based on Time and Materials, ALAMEDA CTC shall pay the CONSULTANT the amount of the CONSULTANT’s Fixed Hourly Rates shown in Appendix B, or where rates are not shown, the applicable Salary Cost Factor shall be used, plus Direct Expenses, plus subconsultant fees and/or other outside services and facilities procured by the CONSULTANT, plus applicable sales or similar taxes.

  • The Fixed Hourly Rates set forth in Exhibit B (Price Sheet) of this Contract, shall be deemed to include all amounts necessary for County to reimburse Contractor for all applicable California and other state and local sales/use taxes on all Work provided by Contractor to County pursuant to or otherwise due as a result of this Contract, including, but not limited to, any product of MAPAS Maintenance and/or Work Requests, to the extent applicable.

  • Billing Rates and Fixed Hourly Rates for each subsequent twelve month period shall be established by multiplying the unburdened hourly rates for the preceding period by the percent change (+ or -) ending in the 6th, 18th, 30th, and 42nd month of the agreement term as published in the Employment Cost Index, wages and salaries, by occupation and industry group Professional specialty and technical occupations of Private Industry Workers in the Monthly Labor Review.

Related to Fixed Hourly Rates

  • Hourly Rates means payment on the basis of time reasonably spent on a case (as opposed to payment by way of a Standard Fee) where payment is based on the rates set out in the Remuneration Regulations;

  • Hourly Rate means the proposed fully loaded maximum hourly rates that include travel, per diem, fringe benefits and any overhead costs for contractor personnel, as well as subcontractor personnel if appropriate.

  • hourly rate of pay means an employee's weekly rate of pay divided by thirty-five (35).

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • CPI Daily Inflation Reference Index means (A) in relation to the first day of any given month, the CPI Monthly Reference Index of the third month preceding such month, and (B) in relation to a day (D) (other than the first day) in any given month (M), the linear interpolation of the CPI Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third month preceding such month (M - 3) and the second month preceding such month (M - 2) calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • Supplementary aids and services means aids, services and other supports that are provided in regular education classes or other education-related settings and in extracurricular and nonacademic settings to enable children with disabilities to be educated with children without disabilities to the maximum extent appropriate.

  • Adult day care means a program for six (6) or more individuals, of social and health-related services provided during the day in a community group setting for the purpose of supporting frail, impaired elderly or other disabled adults who can benefit from care in a group setting outside the home.

  • Contact hour means an hour of training received through direct instruction.

  • Workweek means any week during which a Class Member worked for Defendant for at least one day, during the Class Period.

  • Level III Pricing applies on any day on which (i) the Borrower’s long-term debt is rated A- or higher by S&P or A3 or higher by Moody’s and (ii) neither Level I Pricing nor Level II Pricing applies.

  • Cost-plus-a-percentage-of-cost contract means a contract under which the contractor is paid a percentage of the total actual expenses or costs in addition to the contractor's actual expenses or costs.
