Examples of Salary Cost Factor in a sentence
If compensation is based on Time and Materials, ALAMEDA CTC shall pay the CONSULTANT the amount of the CONSULTANT’s Fixed Hourly Rates shown in Appendix B, or where rates are not shown, the applicable Salary Cost Factor shall be used, plus Direct Expenses, plus subconsultant fees and/or other outside services and facilities procured by the CONSULTANT, plus applicable sales or similar taxes.
If compensation is based on Time and Materials, ALAMEDA CTC shall pay the CONSULTANT the amount of the Fixed Hourly Rates or Direct Expenses shown in Appendix B, or where rates are not shown, the applicable Salary Cost Factor shall be used.
Labor costs shall be the total number of hours worked on the Project by each employee multiplied by a Salary Cost Factor of 2.853 to cover Direct Salary Costs, General Overhead, and profit.
The Salary Cost Factor will not change for the life of this Project.
