Salary Costs definition

Salary Costs. Used as a basis for payment mean salaries and wages (base and incentive) paid to all Xxxxxx'x personnel engaged directly on the Project(s), including, but not limited to, engineers, architects, surveyors, designers, draftsmen, specification writers, estimators, other technical and business personnel; plus the cost of customary and statutory benefits, including, but not limited to, social security contributions, unemployment, excise and payroll taxes, workers' compensation, health and retirement benefits, sick leave, vacation and holiday pay and other group benefits.

Salary Costs means the amount of wages or salaries paid to the CONSULTANT’s and subconsultant’s respective employees for work directly performed on this AGREEMENT, plus a percentage applied to all such wages or salaries to cover all payroll-related taxes, payments, premiums, and benefits.

  • The statement shall show a summary of Salary Costs and Reimbursable Expenses with accrual of the total and credits for portions paid previously.

  • The method of compensation to be paid under each Work Authorization will be under one or a combination of the following methods as specified in the each Work Authorization and based on the Salary Costs described in Exhibit A.

  • Consultant shall bill County for Subconsultant fees using the employee categories for Salary Costs on Exhibit A as defined in Section 6.2 and Reimbursable Expenses defined in Section 6.3. Consultant shall bill Subconsultant fees with no mark-up and within any applicable maximum not to exceed amount.

Salary Costs as used herein shall mean the hourly rate actually paid to all personnel engaged directly on the Project, as adjusted by an overall multiplier that consists of the following: 1) a fringe benefits factor; 2) an overhead factor; and 3) an operating margin. Said Salary Costs are to be used only for time directly attributable to the Project. The fringe benefit and overhead rates shall be Consultant’s most recent and actual rates determined in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (“FAR”) guidelines and audited by an independent Certified Public Accountant. For the purposes of this Agreement, the rates must be audited for fiscal periods of Consultant within eighteen (18) months preceding the execution date of this Agreement. These rates shall remain in effect for the term of this Agreement except as provided for in the Agreement.

Salary Costs. The salary costs used as a basis for payment means the salaries and wages paid to all personnel engaged directly on any project, including, but not limited to, engineers, surveyors, designers, draftsmen, specifications writers, estimators, other technical personnel, stenographers, typists and clerks, and includes the cost of customary and statutory benefits including, but not limited to, social security contributions, unemployment, excise and payroll taxes, workmen’s compensation, health and retirement benefits, sick leave, and vacation and holiday pay applicable thereto.
Salary Costs as used herein shall mean the hourly rate which includes all overhead which produced the Maximum Rates as set forth in Exhibit “B” for attached hereto.
Salary Costs means the annual salary and Premiums (excluding commissions, Payroll Additives, Corporate Overhead, overtime payments and bonuses but including a London living allowance in an amount of £2000 per annum), as specified in the applicable employment conditions actually paid by the Council to the Council’s Personnel which salaries and Premiums are established in accordance with the Council’s standard personnel policies.
Salary Costs means the basic gross salary payable by Islington to the Placed Staff Member plus employer’s national insurance and pension contributions (being XXXX per annum as at the Commencement Date, as detailed below) as adjusted from time to time in accordance with Islington’s usual pay and employment policies and procedures.
