Fixed Interest Rate Mode definition

Fixed Interest Rate Mode means the interest rate mode during any period when the Bonds bear interest at a Fixed Interest Rate.
Fixed Interest Rate Mode means, with respect to any Note, the Interest Rate Mode in which the interest rate on such Note is determined and in effect until the Stated Maturity of such Note and interest is paid as provided for such Interest Rate Mode in Section 203 hereof.
Fixed Interest Rate Mode are used as defined in the corresponding Trust Indenture, as the context requires.

More Definitions of Fixed Interest Rate Mode

Fixed Interest Rate Mode means, with respect to any Note, the Interest Rate Mode in which the interest rate on such Note is determined and in effect until the Date of Maturity of such Note.

Related to Fixed Interest Rate Mode

  • Interest Rate Period means any Daily Interest Rate Period, Weekly Interest Rate Period, Short-Term Interest Rate Period, Long- Term Interest Rate Period or ARS Interest Rate Period.

  • Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Interest Rate Adjustment Date With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the date, specified in the related Mortgage Note and the related Mortgage Loan Schedule, on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is adjusted.

  • Fixed Interest Period means the period from (and including) an Interest Payment Date (or the Interest Commencement Date) to (but excluding) the next (or first) Interest Payment Date; and

  • Fixed Rate Note means any Class A-1 Note, Class A-2a Note, Class A-3 Note or Class A-4 Note.

  • Fixed Rate means, with respect to any Competitive Loan (other than a Eurodollar Competitive Loan), the fixed rate of interest per annum specified by the Lender making such Competitive Loan in its related Competitive Bid.
