Fixed Maturity Option definition

Fixed Maturity Option means the Investment Option that specifies a period of time during which the Rate to Maturity is guaranteed to remain the same for amounts allocated to and held for such period until its expiration.
Fixed Maturity Option. (FMO) means the Investment Option that specifies a period of time during which an interest rate is guaranteed to remain the same for amounts allocated to and held for such period until its expiration.
Fixed Maturity Option will apply separately with respect to each Participant's Annuity Account Value. An Employer's request to withdraw the vested portion of the Annuity Account Value from a Participant's account is subject to Equitable's receipt of the Participant's written consent. Subject to the terms of the Plan and the restrictions on distributions stated in Section 5.01, Equitable reserves the right to terminate a Participant's participation under this Contract by paying the Annuity Account Value to the Participant. This right will be exercised only if (i) no initial Contributions have been received on the Participant's behalf within 120 days of the Participation Date under this Contract, (ii) there have been no on-going Contributions received on behalf of the Participant during the last three completed Participation Years, and the Annuity Account Value is less than [$500], or (iii) a partial withdrawal is made that would result in the Participant's Annuity Account Value falling below [$500].

Examples of Fixed Maturity Option in a sentence

  • For each such Fixed Maturity Option, we guarantee to credit interest at the Rate to Maturity.

  • We will notify the Participant at least 15 days but not more than 45 days before the Expiration Date of each Fixed Maturity Option.

  • The Fixed Maturity Amount of a Fixed Maturity Option is equal to the amount allocated to that Fixed Maturity Option, plus interest at the Rate to Maturity, minus withdrawals, transfers and charges, if any, deducted from the Fixed Maturity Option and adjusted for any market value adjustment previously applied.

  • The duration of each Fixed Maturity Option offered under the Participant's account under this Contract and the Rate to Maturity, which applies to each Fixed Maturity Option, will be furnished by us upon request.

  • Contributions or transfers into a Fixed Maturity Option will receive the Rate to Maturity applicable to the elected Fixed Maturity Option on the Transaction Date.

  • Contributions and transfers to a Fixed Maturity Option as described in Part III "Contributions, Allocations and Discontinuance" will be allocated according to the Participant's election.

  • The Fixed Maturity Option duration(s) and the Rate to Maturity for each Fixed Maturity Option elected by the Participant upon issuance of the Participant's Certificate will be shown in the Certificate.

  • Contributions and transfers to a Fixed Maturity Option will be allocated according to your election.

  • We will notify you at least 15 days but not more than 45 days before the Expiration Date of each Fixed Maturity Option.

  • The amount in a Fixed Maturity Option before application of a market value adjustment is called the Fixed Maturity Amount.

Related to Fixed Maturity Option

  • Scheduled Maturity Date means June 30, 2032.

  • Accelerated Maturity Date means if the Company elects to accelerate the Maturity Date in accordance with Section 2.2(c), the date selected by the Company which is prior to the Scheduled Maturity Date, but is after March 31, 2002.

  • Postponed Maturity Date means the tenth Business Day following the originally scheduled Maturity Date;

  • Stated Maturity Date is the date, as set forth on the Accumulation Fund Schedule, when the Fund Balance is originally due and payable to the Policyholder.

  • Designated Maturity means, in relation to Screen Rate Determination, the period of time designated in the Reference Rate.

  • Extended Maturity Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(c) hereof.

  • Expected Maturity Date means June 15, 2021.

  • L/C Maturity Date means the date that is five Business Days prior to the Revolving Credit Maturity Date.

  • Stated Maturity when used with respect to any Security or any installment of principal thereof or interest thereon, means the date specified in such Security as the fixed date on which the principal of such Security or such installment of principal or interest is due and payable.

  • Loan Maturity Date means the date on which the entire unpaid balance of the Loan, including principal and interest, is due and payable.

  • Latest Maturity Date means, at any date of determination, the latest maturity or expiration date applicable to any Loan or Commitment hereunder at such time, including the latest maturity or expiration date of any Other Term Loan, any Other Term Commitment, any Other Revolving Loan or any Other Revolving Commitment, in each case as extended in accordance with this Agreement from time to time.

  • Maximum Maturity means an obligation that has a remaining maturity of not greater than the period specified in the Standard (or if no such period is specified, thirty years);

  • Equipment Maturity Date is defined in Section 2.1.1.

  • Legal Maturity Date means July 15, 2024.

  • Tranche B Maturity Date means May 8, 2009, or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day.

  • Term Maturity Date means (a) in the case of the Initial Term Loans, February 4, 2028 and (b) in the case of any Incremental Term Facility or any Other Term Loan, the date set forth in the applicable documentation in respect thereof.

  • Applicable Maturity Date means (a) with respect to the Revolving Loans, the Swing Line Loans and Letters of Credit, the Revolving Loan Maturity Date and (b) with respect to the Term Loan, the Term Loan Maturity Date.

  • Constant Maturity Swap Rate means: (1) the rate for U.S. dollar swaps with the designated maturity specified in the applicable pricing supplement, expressed as a percentage, which appears on the Reuters Screen (or any successor service) ISDAFIX1 Page as of 11:00 A.M., New York City time, on the particular Interest Determination Date; or (2) if the rate referred to in clause (1) does not appear on the Reuters Screen (or any successor service) ISDAFIX1 Page by 2:00 P.M., New York City time, on such Interest Determination Date, a percentage determined on the basis of the mid-market semiannual swap rate quotations provided by the reference banks (as defined below) as of approximately 11:00 A.M., New York City time, on such Interest Determination Date, and, for this purpose, the semi-annual swap rate means the mean of the bid and offered rates for the semi-annual fixed leg, calculated on a 30/360 day count basis, of a fixed-for-floating U.S. dollar interest rate swap transaction with a term equal to the designated maturity

  • Applicable Maturity means: (a) in relation to Screen Rate Determination, the period of time designated in the Reference Rate, and (b) in relation to ISDA Determination, the Designated Maturity.

  • Facility Maturity Date means the earliest to occur of (i) the Stated Maturity Date, (ii) the date of the declaration, or automatic occurrence, of the Facility Maturity Date pursuant to Section 7.01, (iii) the Collection Date and (iv) the occurrence of the termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 2.18(b) hereof.

  • First Extended Maturity Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(a).

  • Original Stated Maturity has the meaning specified in Section 308.

  • Term Loan Maturity Date means the Initial Maturity Date, or, if such date has been extended pursuant to Section 2.15, such later date to which the Term Loan Maturity Date has been extended pursuant to Section 2.15.
