Fixed Purchase Maximum Amount definition

Fixed Purchase Maximum Amount means, with respect to a Fixed Purchase made pursuant to Section 2.1, the lesser of 10,000 shares of Common Stock or $100,000.
Fixed Purchase Maximum Amount means, with respect to a Fixed Purchase made pursuant to Section 2.1, $50,000 of shares of Common Stock (to be appropriately adjusted for any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split or other similar transaction that occurs on or after the date of this Agreement).
