Fixed Rate CAF Advance Request means any CAF Advance Request requesting the CAF Advance Lenders to offer to make CAF Advances at a fixed rate (as opposed to a rate composed of the Applicable LIBO Rate plus (or minus) a margin).

Fixed Rate CAF Advance Request means any CAF Advance Request requesting the Revolving Banks to offer to make CAF Advances at a fixed rate (as opposed to a rate composed of the LIBO Rate plus (or minus) a margin).

Fixed Rate CAF Advance Request any CAF Advance made pursuant to a Fixed Rate CAF Advance Request.
