Floating Rate Note Payment Date definition

Floating Rate Note Payment Date means the 9th day of March, June, September and December in each year.
Floating Rate Note Payment Date means the 25th day of each January, April, July and October, commencing July 2004, or, if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day.
Floating Rate Note Payment Date means the March 19, June 19, September 19 and December 19, of each year.

  • If distributions of principal with respect to the Floating Rate Notes have reduced the aggregate outstanding Principal Amount of a class of the Floating Rate Notes below the amount in the applicable amortization schedule on any Floating Rate Note Payment Date, the scheduled principal amortization payment for the Floating Rate Notes of that class for the next Floating Rate Note Payment Date will be decreased to the amount necessary to meet the amortization schedule.

  • Pursuant to the Second Supplemental Indenture, if scheduled principal amortization payments are due for Series 2003-1 Floating Rate Notes on any Floating Rate Note Payment Date, Available Funds will be allocated to such payments after allocations to scheduled principal amortization payments with respect to the Series 2002-1 Floating Rate Notes, but prior to allocations to distributions with respect to principal of any other Notes.

  • Pursuant to the Third Supplemental Indenture, if scheduled principal amortization payments are due for Series 2004-1 Floating Rate Notes on any Floating Rate Note Payment Date, Available Funds will be allocated to such payments after allocations to scheduled principal amortization payments with respect to the Series 2002-1 and 2003-1 Floating Rate Notes, but prior to allocations to distributions with respect to principal of any other Notes.

More Definitions of Floating Rate Note Payment Date

Floating Rate Note Payment Date means, with respect to any Floating Rate Note, May 19 and November 19 in each year, commencing with May 19 or November 19 next succeeding the date of such Note; provided that, if such Floating Rate Note Payment Date falls on a day that is not a Business Day, such Floating Rate Note Payment Date shall be the first following day that is a Business Day unless the next succeeding Business Day would fall in the next calendar month on or after the maturity of such Floating Rate Note, in which case such Floating Rate Note Payment Date shall be the next preceding Business Day.
Floating Rate Note Payment Date means the date that is three (3) months after the date of the Closing, the date that is six (6) months after the date of the Closing, the date that is nine (9) months after the date of the Closing, and the date that is twelve (12) months after the date of the Closing.
Floating Rate Note Payment Date means with respect to any Floating Rate Note, the interest payment dates set forth on the applicable Floating Rate Note.

  • Floating Rate Notes means the Class A-2b Notes.

  • Floating Rate Calculation Date means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Quarterly Floating Rate Period.

  • Class A Note Rate means 3.15% per annum.
