Floating Time definition

Floating Time means that the Vacation Interest is not for a specific time period and may vary from year to year. Floating Time accommodation is subject to the Home Resort’s own reservation system and operating procedures.
Floating Time means Accommodation for which a particular Member has a right to reserve the Accommodation on a space available first come, first served basis.
Floating Time means Vacation Time for which a particular Member has a right to reserve the Vacation Time on a space available, first-come, first-served basis.

  • Floating Day Count Fraction means, in respect of the calculation of an amount of interest for any Interest Period:

  • Floating Rate Interest Payment Date has the meaning set forth in clause (d)(1) of Section 2.02 of this Supplemental Indenture.

  • Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations means, with respect to each Reference Treasury Dealer and any redemption date, the average, as determined by the Trustee, of the bid and asked prices for the Comparable Treasury Issue (expressed in each case as a percentage of its principal amount) quoted in writing to the Trustee by such Reference Treasury Dealer at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on the third business day preceding such redemption date.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • Primary Treasury Dealer means a primary U.S. government securities dealer in New York City.
