Flow of Funds Statement definition

Flow of Funds Statement means a flow of funds statement relating to payments to be made and credited by all of the parties on the Closing Date (including wire instructions therefor) as prepared by the Parent Borrower and its financial advisor in consultation with (and approved by) the Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders (which such approval may be communicated via email from the Lender Advisor).
Flow of Funds Statement has the meaning set out in Clause 6.2.2.
