Sternlight means a white light placed as nearly as practicable at the stern showing an unbroken light over an arc of the horizon of 135 degrees and so fixed as to show the light 67.5 degrees from right aft on each side of the vessel.

Drywell means an unlined or partially lined underground pit (regardless of geometry) into which drainage from roofs, basement floors, water softeners or other non-wastewater sources is discharged and from which the liquid seeps into the surrounding soil.

Loop or "Unbundled Loop" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.1.

Flowgate means a representative modeling of facilities or groups of facilities that may act as potential constraint points.
Liner means a continuous layer of natural or man-made materials, beneath or on the sides of a surface impoundment, landfill, or landfill cell, which restricts the downward or lateral escape of hazardous waste, hazardous waste constituents, or leachate.
L.S.D. means lysergic acid diethylamide.
TELRIC means Total Element Long-Run Incremental Cost.
PNode has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Connector means a flanged, screwed, welded, or other joined fitting used to connect two pipelines or a pipeline and a piece of process equipment.
Greywater means all liquid wastes from showers, baths, sinks, kitchens and domestic washing facilities, but does not include toilet wastes;
Heliport means an aerodrome or a defined area on a structure intended to be used wholly or in part for the arrival, departure and surface movement of helicopters;
SITC means the Standard International Trade Classification, Revision 3 (SITC, Rev. 3), published by the United Nations in Statistical Papers, Series M, No. 34/Rev. 3 (1986);
Cold Weather Alert means the notice that PJM provides to PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators to prepare personnel and facilities for expected extreme cold weather conditions.
Drum means any cylindrical metal shipping container of 13 to 110 gallon capacity.
Graywater means untreated wastewater that has not been contaminated by any toilet discharge, has not been affected by infectious, contaminated, or unhealthy bodily wastes, and does not present a threat from contamination by unhealthful processing, manufacturing, or operating wastes. “Graywater” includes, but is not limited to, wastewater from bathtubs, showers, bathroom washbasins, clothes washing machines, and laundry tubs, but does not include wastewater from kitchen sinks or dishwashers. Health and Safety Code Section 17922.12.
SDSL or "Symmetric Digital Subscriber Line" is a baseband DSL transmission technology that permits the bi-directional transmission from up to 160 kbps to 2.048 Mbps on a single pair. "VDSL" or "Very High Speed Digital Subscriber Line" is a baseband DSL transmission technology that permits the transmission of up to 52 Mbps downstream (from the Central Office to the End User Customer) and up to 2.3 Mbps digital signal upstream (from the End User Customer to the Central Office). VDSL can also be 26 Mbps symmetrical, or other combination.
Shutter means a device attached to the tube housing assembly which can intercept the entire cross sectional area of the useful beam and which has a lead equivalency not less than that of the tube housing assembly.

Freeboard means a factor of safety usually expressed in feet above a flood level for purposes of floodplain management. Electrical Fitter means an employee who is mainly employed in the workshops manufacturing, fitting, and repairing electrical instruments, machines, and apparatus. Electrical fitting in this definition shall include armature and transformer winding, and people solely engaged in making and repairing instruments. The legitimate possession of a certificate of competency in this particular class of work issued by the Electrical Licensing Board under the Electricity Act 1994 shall be recognised as proof of efficiency.
Basecoat means a coat of colored material, usually opaque, that is applied before graining inks, glazing coats, or other opaque finishing materials and is usually topcoated for protection.
