Subject to its ability to execute open-market trades in FMC Stock or to otherwise trade with the Sponsor, the Trustee shall be responsible for ensuring that the short-term investments held in the FMC Stock Fund falls within the agreed-upon range over time.
Investments in the FMC Stock Fund shall consist primarily of shares of FMC Stock.
Alternatively, as to any amount invested in the Company Stock Fund and the FMC Stock Fund at the time of distribution, the Participant or, where applicable, his or her Beneficiary, may request a certificate representing the whole shares of Company Stock and/or FMC Stock held for him or her, and a check representing any fractional share.
