FOCUS Report definition

FOCUS Report means, for any Person, the Financial and Operational Combined Uniform Single Report required to be filed on a monthly or quarterly basis, as the case may be, with the Commission or the NYSE, or any report that is required in lieu of such report.

FOCUS Report the Financial and Operational Combined Uniform Single Report on Form X-17A-15. A “Part II FOCUS Report” is a report filed on Form X-17A-5 Part II.

FOCUS Report means each Financial and Operational Combined Uniform Single Report (FOCUS) (SEC Form X-17A-5) completed and executed by Xxxxx Xxxxxxx & Co. and filed with the SEC.

Examples of FOCUS Report in a sentence

• The US-Clearing Member shall file a copy of its monthly Form 1-FR or, if applicable, of the FOCUS Report (as defined by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission) and its annual audited financial report with ECC promptly, but in any event no later than 30 Business Days after such report is available.

• Please be aware that it is your ultimate responsibility to file the FOCUS Report.

• A Clearing Member which elects to file a FOCUS Report Part II pursuant to this Rule or in response to a request pursuant to paragraph (d) of this Rule may not thereafter file a financial statement in the form adopted by the Commission for use by a futures commission merchant unless it obtains the prior consent of the Corporation.

• Submit a certified Form 1-FR-FCM or FOCUS Report as of the Clearing Member’s fiscal year-end within the time requirements set forth in CFTC Regulation 1.10.

FOCUS Report a Financial and Operational Combined Uniform Single Report required to be filed on a quarterly basis with the SEC and the NASD or the Exchange, as applicable, or any report which is required in lieu of such report, or any equivalent reporting statement required by the applicable regulatory agency for any Designated Subsidiary.
