Footpath Land definition

Footpath Land means the part of the Public Benefit described as “Footpath Land” in clause 1 of Schedule 3, being the land comprising finished footpath that is required to be dedicated to the City in accordance with this document.
Footpath Land means the area to the south eastern part of the land contained in certificate of title volume 8610 folio 891 (shown as Lot 2 on LP64632 as at the date of this Agreement), which extends from the north-western edge of the footpath in front of the south-eastern corner of the building to the south-eastern extent of the land within certificate of title volume 8610 folio 891, as shown in the plan attached at Annexure B Heritage Infrastructure Management Plan means a heritage infrastructure management plan required to be submitted to Heritage Victoria upon completion of the Heritage Restoration Works as approved by Heritage Victoria. Heritage Maintenance Plan means a heritage maintenance plan prepared by a suitably qualified expert detailing scheduled maintenance of the Heritage Restoration Works to be conducted by the Owner, as approved by Council from time to time.
Footpath Land means that part of the Retained Land shown coloured yellow on the Plan

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • School building means any building in which any of the instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by a school is conducted, whether or not any instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by the school is being conducted in the school building at the time a criminal offense is committed.

  • the Land means the land (including for the avoidance of doubt all buildings, structures landscaping and other erections) situated at and known as Xxxxxxx School Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx XX00 0XX and registered under Title Number WT292137;

  • Plant Site (Works, Factory) means the local integration of one or more plants, with any intermediate administrative levels, which are under one operational control, and includes common infrastructure, such as:

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Basement means any area of the building having its floor subgrade (below ground level) on all sides.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Historic building means a building, including its structural components, that is located in this state and that is either individually listed on the national register of historic places under 16 U.S.C. 470a, located in a registered historic district, and certified by the state historic preservation officer as being of historic significance to the district, or is individually listed as an historic landmark designated by a local government certified under 16 U.S.C. 470a(c).

  • Forest land means all land which is capable of supporting a merchantable stand of timber and is not being actively used for a use which is incompatible with timber growing. Forest land does not include agricultural land that is or was enrolled in the conservation reserve enhancement program by contract if such agricultural land was historically used for agricultural purposes and the landowner intends to continue to use the land for agricultural purposes in the future. For small forest landowner road maintenance and abandonment planning only, the term "forest land" excludes the following:

  • Easement Area means the area of the servient lot marked on the survey-strata plan as being subject to the relevant easement; and

  • Shopping Center means the Shopping Center identified on the initial page hereof.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • farm building means that part of a bona fide farming operation encompassing barns, silos and other ancillary development to an agricultural use, but excluding a residential use;
