Restoration Works definition

Restoration Works means the works detailed in Part C of the Restoration Plan including any further works or variations approved pursuant to the planning conditions attached to the Planning Permission and any such other variations as may be agreed in writing by the Council and the Owner acting reasonably
Restoration Works shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.35(b);
Restoration Works means all works which Dragonara shall carry out in connection with the renovation and restoration of the Property or parts thereof, as better described in the list attached hereto and marked as document letter “E”.

Related to Restoration Works

  • Restoration means the repair and restoration of the Property after a Casualty or Condemnation as nearly as possible to the condition the Property was in immediately prior to such Casualty or Condemnation, with such alterations as may be reasonably approved by Lender.
