Foreclosed Property Account. As defined in Section 3.6.
Foreclosed Property Account. The account or accounts established and maintained by the Special Servicer pursuant to Section 3.6 and Section 3.14.

  • Seller’s Account means such account as the Seller may specify to the Guarantor from time to time;

Neither a Servicer, nor the Seller nor the Master Servicer nor any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control with any such Person may be appointed Custodian.

  • REO Property A Mortgaged Property acquired by the Trust Fund through foreclosure or deed-in-lieu of foreclosure in connection with a defaulted Mortgage Loan.

  • Mortgage Collateral the “Collateral” as defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
