Foreign Financial Regulatory Authority shall have the meaning given by Section 2(a)(50) of the 0000 Xxx.
Financial Regulations means regulations made under section 21 of the Act;
International Financial Reporting Standards means the accounting standards and interpretations adopted by the International Accounting Standards Board.
Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.

Council Regulation means Council Regulation (EC) No. 2100/94 of 27th July 1994 on Community plant variety rights;
Capital Regulations means, at any time, the regulations, requirements, guidelines and policies relating to capital adequacy of the FSA then in effect;
Regulatory Capital Requirements means any applicable capital resources requirement or applicable overall financial adequacy rule required by the Relevant Regulator, as such requirements or rule are in force from time to time;
Principal Regulator means the body or person appointed as the Principal Regulator under the Charities Act 2006;
Regulatory Requirement means any law, regulation or court order, or any rule, direction, guideline, code, notice or restriction (whether or not having the force of law) issued by any regulatory authority, governmental agency (including tax authority), clearing or settlement bank or exchange, or industry or self-regulatory body, whether in or outside Hong Kong, to which HKICL, we or any other Participant or the respective affiliates or group companies, or you are subject or are expected to comply with from time to time.
EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule means the EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule published by the Loan Market Association (or any successor person), as in effect from time to time.
Central Bank UCITS Regulations means the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement)
Central Bank Regulations means the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013
Applicable Insurance Regulatory Authority means, when used with respect to any Insurance Subsidiary, the insurance department or similar administrative authority or agency located in the state in which such Insurance Subsidiary is domiciled.
Health Canada means the section of the Canadian Government known as Health Canada and includes, among other departments, the Therapeutic Products Directorate and the Health Products and Food Branch Inspectorate;
