FOREIGN SUBSIDIARY GUARANTEE definition

FOREIGN SUBSIDIARY GUARANTEE means a guarantee in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent pursuant to which a Material Subsidiary of NNL guarantees, among other things, the obligations of NNL under the Loan Documents.
FOREIGN SUBSIDIARY GUARANTEE means a guarantee substantially in the form of the Domestic Subsidiary Guarantee entered into and delivered by a Foreign Subsidiary, but with such modifications, additions and deletions as may be required to comply with applicable law.
