Forest Group definition

Forest Group means Forest and the Forest Subsidiaries.
Forest Group means Forest, each current and former subsidiary of Forest (other than any member of the Lone Pine Group), and each Person that becomes a subsidiary of Forest after the Separation Date.
Forest Group has the meaning assigned to that term in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.

  • The Forest Group shall be solely responsible for any and all premiums, deductibles, self-insured retentions, retrospective premiums, claims handling, and other charges owed under the Insurance Policies with respect to the coverage provided for Insured Claims other than Insured Lone Pine Claims.

  • DELIVERY OF ARTWORKS • The Ludlow Tuart Forest Group will not pay for any costs incurred in the delivery and return of any entry, including freight.


More Definitions of Forest Group

Forest Group means the Affiliated Group, or similar group of entities as defined under corresponding provisions of the laws of other jurisdictions, of which Forest is the common parent corporation, and any corporation or other entity which may be, may have been or may become a member of such group from time to time, but excluding any member of the Lone Pine Group.

Related to Forest Group

  • Seller’s Group means the Seller and any company which is, on or after the date of this Agreement, a subsidiary or holding company of the Seller or a subsidiary of a holding company of the Seller, and excludes, for the avoidance of doubt, any Group Company, and "Seller's Group Company" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • Buyer’s Group means the Buyer, any subsidiary of the Buyer, any holding company of the Buyer and any subsidiary of any holding company of the Buyer, from time to time.

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.

  • Company Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Seller Entities means the Seller and its affiliates other than the Buyer Entities;

  • Taxable Supply ’ means a supply of goods or services or both which is leviable to tax under this Act;

  • ECC means the amount calculated by Contractor for the total cost of all elements of the Work based on this Agreement available at the time(s) that the ECC is prepared. The ECC shall be based on current market rates with reasonable allowance for overhead, profit and price escalation and shall include and consider, without limitation, all alternates and contingencies, designed and specified by A/E and the cost of labor and materials necessary for installation of Owner furnished equipment. The ECC shall include all the cost elements included in the AACC, as defined above, and shall represent Contractor’s best current estimate of the Guaranteed Maximum Price it will propose for the Project based on the information then available. The ECC shall not include Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase Fee, A/E’s Fees, the cost of the land and rights-of-way, or any other costs that are the direct responsibility of Owner.

  • Participating Entities and “Participating Entity” are defined on the Coversheet.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.5.

  • Purchaser’s Group means the Purchaser, its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings, any holding company of the Purchaser and all other subsidiaries of any such holding company from time to time;

  • Seller Affiliate means any Affiliate of Seller.

  • Project Company means Company incorporated by the bidder as per Indian Laws in accordance with Clause no 3.5.

  • Participating Company Group means, at any point in time, all corporations collectively which are then Participating Companies.

  • DMC means “Details Marks Certificate”

  • Subject Company shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

  • Seller has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Seller Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of Xxxxx Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries at that time.

  • Operating Companies shall have the meaning specified in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Brookfield Group means Brookfield and any Affiliates of Brookfield, other than any member of the BREP Group;

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;
