Forest Parties definition

Forest Parties means Forest, its Affiliates and their respective licensors (including [*]), agents, directors, officers, licensees, sublicensees and employees. The indemnification obligations set forth in this Section 10.2 shall not apply to the extent that any Loss is the result of (i) a breach of this Agreement by Forest, or (ii) with respect to any Forest Party, any negligence or willful misconduct of any Forest Party. The current standard rates in the Guide (which includes both transport and bridging) for domestically bridged International Dial-Out Audio Conferencing, International Audio Conferencing (dial out from a US bridge).

  • Co-Documentation Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.
