Form of Offer definition

Form of Offer or “Form of Tender” means the document entitled “Form of Offer” appearing in the City’s Bidder Response Package which a Bidder is to complete and submit with its Tender, as may be amended by agreement between the Owner and the Bidder.
Form of Offer means the form of offer submitted by the Purchaser to the Vendor, which has resulted in the parties entering into this Agreement.
Form of Offer means Appendix D, which must be completed and returned as part of the Proposal.

Related to Form of Offer

  • Letter of Offer means any letter, commitment, arrangement or agreement between us and you in relation to the facility. We may revise, add to, vary or replace the letter of offer from time to time.

  • Acceptance of offer means issue of letter of intent/award or memorandum or detailed Order/Contract communicating the acceptance of offer, to the successful Tenderer.

  • Form of Note means the “Form of Note” attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Form of Agreement means the form of agreement contained in Part D of the RFP;

  • Form of Contract means the document comprising Section 1 of the Contract signed by or on behalf of the Parties confirming their willingness to enter into and be bound by the terms of the Contract.

  • Form of Acceptance means the Form of formal acceptance, signed by the Procuring Entity, of the Form of Tender, including any annexed memoranda comprising agreements between and signed by both Parties. If there is no such Form of acceptance, the expression “Form of Acceptance” means the Contract Agreement and the date of issuing or receiving the Form of Acceptance means the date of signing the Contract Agreement.

  • Description of Notes means the “Description of the Notes” section of the Final Offering Memorandum.
