Formal charges definition

Formal charges means any recommendation for sanctions against staff brought by the department pursuant to section 75 of the civil service law, including but not limited to departmental charges commonly known as “charges and specifications.”

  • Fixed Rent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 hereof.
